Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kam Korder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Kurosessou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kurosessou is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Slam. Ben Kurosessou has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kam Korder!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ben Kurosessou!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Marco Blurström and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kurosessou misses with a two punch combination.
Kam Korder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Korder is defended easily by Kurosessou.

Kurosessou closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Korder breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Korder jumps guard and drags Kurosessou to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Korder feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
