PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Caballero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jones Future (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Future throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Future shoots in but Caballero avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Caballero displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Future.
Future fails with the takedown.
Bruno Caballero has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jones Future.
Future throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Caballero's waist but Caballero gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Future off to one side.

Caballero gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Caballero is trying to trip Future. He has hold of a leg but Future is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Caballero persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

It looks like Jones Future has been cut.

That has opened up Jones Future's cut even more.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Caballero throws a strike but Future rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Caballero wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Caballero wants to get back to his feet but Future is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Caballero tightens his grip and picks Future up, before dumping him to the ground. Future manages to land in guard.
Caballero might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Caballero scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Jones Future's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
