Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nikola Tesla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uolevi Gepardi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tesla comes to the cage accompanied by AC/DC's Thunderstruck. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gepardi looks for the body kick but Tesla saw that one coming.
Gepardi moves in looking to clinch but Tesla pushes him off.
Tesla throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Tesla misses the jab.
Gepardi tries to clinch up.
Tesla fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Gepardi on the side of the head.

and Tesla counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Nice takedown defense from Tesla. No joy for Gepardi on that attempt.

Gepardi drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Gepardi wants to control from the top but Tesla keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gepardi drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Tesla dives on top into guard.

Gepardi had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Tesla defends it easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tesla wants to get up but he can't break Gepardi's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Gepardi is working an open guard so Tesla takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Gepardi throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

and Tesla counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Gepardi is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Gepardi seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Gepardi maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Tesla could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Gepardi has cracked it and Tesla is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Gepardi!
