Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ting Yan Wang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paavali Pietari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wang comes to the cage accompanied by Minority - Green Day. Pietari is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Prodigy - Smack My Bitch Up. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wang closes the distance and pushes Pietari back into the cage.
Wang blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Wang lands a nice uppercut.
Pietari throws an elbow that misses.
Nice body punch from Wang - that landed with a thud.
Pietari scores with a knee to the head.
Pietari is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Wang lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Wang pushes off an throws an elbow but Pietari leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Pietari tries to land knees in the clinch but Wang avoids the damage to the body.

Pietari is rocked!
Wang dips a shoulder and cracks Pietari with a mighty uppercut! Pietari falls back against the cage and Wang unloads with a barrage of strikes! Pietari is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Wang screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ting Yan Wang!
