Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Daniel McVicar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lasi Leuka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McVicar shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Leuka as he avoids it easily.
McVicar dives in and grabs Leuka's left leg, looking for a takedown. Leuka pushes down on McVicar's head and hops out.
Leuka works over McVicar's head and body with a nice combination.
No luck for McVicar with that takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel McVicar. That's going to take a lot out of him.
McVicar is trying hard to land a takedown here. Leuka sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Leuka slaps away a takedown attempt from McVicar, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Leuka breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

McVicar dodges the punch combination from Leuka.

Leuka closes the distance and clinches.

Leuka's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Leuka tries to bum rush McVicar with a series of wild strikes but McVicar uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
McVicar tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Leuka was well out of range. Poor timing from McVicar.
Leuka misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Leuka throws a body punch but McVicar moves out of range.
Leuka scores with a three punch combo!
Oh McVicar is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
McVicar loses concentration momentarily and Leuka pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! McVicar crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Leuka finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
