Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wayne Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Haka Maka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maka comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Island Music kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maka shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Jones is trying to defend but Maka finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Jones is looking to escape.

Jones tries to roll over but Maka keeps him under control.

Maka seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Jones's chin but Jones turns very nicely into Maka's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Jones.

and Maka holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

and Maka counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jones won't be happy with that.

Haka Maka showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Maka changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jones looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Maka wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jones keeps working.
