Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dana Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Greek Gyros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Black's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, We Gon Rock. Gyros has chosen Greek Gyros as his entrance music. Greek Gyros will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gyros scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Black managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Gyros.
Gyros is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Despite being in the dominant position, Greek Gyros just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Gyros shoots in and drives through. Black sprawls well.
Black tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gyros was well out of range. Poor timing from Black.

Black shoots in for a double leg but Gyros sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Gyros is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Gyros is looking to stand up but Black isn't so interested in that idea.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Black throws a series of punches but Gyros avoids them all with ease.
Gyros gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Black.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Gyros bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

A lull in the action here.
Gyros lands a decent elbow from side control.
Black gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Gyros takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Gyros sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
