Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rick Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vlad Kirkorvich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz comes to the ring accompanied by Downstait - I Came to Play. Kirkorvich has chosen Russian Anthem as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz is looking to clinch.

Kirkorvich shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Diaz is trying to defend but Kirkorvich finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Kirkorvich seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Diaz does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Despite being in the dominant position, Vlad Kirkorvich just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Diaz doesn't manage to clinch there - Kirkorvich circles away.

Diaz pushes Kirkorvich away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Kirkorvich gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Diaz tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Kirkorvich cranks the arm and Diaz screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Diaz, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
