Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fernando Fernandes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nolan Kloss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kloss connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

It looks like Fernando Fernandes has been cut.

Kloss throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Fernandes was covering up waiting for the punch and Kloss finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Kloss seems to be looking for submissions.

Kloss is looking for a kimura but Fernandes is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Kloss to get the leverage.
