Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Benny Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jin Kisaragi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kisaragi is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Lust SIN. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Benny Allen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jin Kisaragi!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Paulo Santos and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kisaragi misses with a takedown attempt - Allen sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Kisaragi is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Kisaragi shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kisaragi showed some decent athleticism there.

Kisaragi is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Allen is just riding it out for now. Kisaragi eventually gives up the hold.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kisaragi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Allen gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Allen accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Kisaragi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Allen gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Allen drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Kisaragi manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Allen has Kisaragi in his guard.

Kisaragi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Allen swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Jin Kisaragi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Kisaragi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Allen throws out the jab.
Kisaragi shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Allen sprawls well. Allen wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kisaragi gets slowly back to his feet.
Allen throws a looping overhand right but Kisaragi ducks down to avoid it.

Kisaragi shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Allen as he avoids it easily.

Nice takedown defense from Allen. No joy for Kisaragi on that attempt.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Allen misses with the combination.

I think Kisaragi has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
