And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDonnell misses with a wild body shot.
McDonnell tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
McDonnell fails with an attempt to clinch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Peck is defended easily by McDonnell.
A nice leg kick lands there from McDonnell.
McDonnell closes the distance and clinches.
Peck has McDonnell pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. McDonnell manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Peck is breathing heavily.
McDonnell misses with a knee strike.
Knees in the clinch landing for McDonnell.
McDonnell utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
McDonnell throws a knee to the head but misses.
McDonnell can't get the takedown.
McDonnell is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
McDonnell manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
McDonnell is trying to control the position but Peck postures up.
Peck prevents McDonnell from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McDonnell scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McDonnell tries to clinch there but Peck circles away.
McDonnell rushes Peck and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

McDonnell pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
McDonnell darts in and clinches Peck up against the cage.
McDonnell drops down looking for an ankle pick but Peck pulls his leg out and moves away.
Chad Peck has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David McDonnell.
McDonnell moves in looking to clinch but Peck pushes him off.
McDonnell wants to clinch up but Peck keeps it at a distance.
Peck misses with a head kick.
McDonnell moves into the clinch.
McDonnell breaks from the clinch.
McDonnell is looking to clinch but Peck is avoiding it.
McDonnell fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Peck, pushing him back against the cage.
Peck gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from McDonnell.
McDonnell changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Peck fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Peck shoots in but no luck this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
McDonnell darts in and clinches Peck up against the cage.
McDonnell with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Peck has clasped his hands together around McDonnell's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Peck working the ground and pound but McDonnell is defending the strikes.
Peck tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Peck has an Americana. McDonnell didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Peck is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Peck hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
