The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones misses with a takedown attempt - Talking sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Talking has his takedown stuffed

and Jones counters with a shoot takedown. Talking fights it but they end up in guard.

Talking looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Talking winds up and cracks Jones with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Horrible takedown by Talking or perhaps it was just good defense by Jones which made him look bad.

Talking fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jones avoids it really well and circles away.

Jones throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Talking was covering up waiting for the punch and Jones finishes the takedown easily into guard.
