The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gusman takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Luzhin throws a right and a left that both miss.
Gusman looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Gusman shoots in for a double leg but Luzhin sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Gusman scores a takedown into full mount!
Gusman breaks from Luzhin's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Gusman landing strikes from the mount and Luzhin is in trouble!
Luzhin really wants to buck Gusman off and get back to his feet.
Gusman is landing with some decent strikes but Luzhin is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Luzhin takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Gusman pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Gusman postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Luzhin out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Gusman goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
