Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jokke Mokkelime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dario Conca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dario Conca is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jokke Mokkelime!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dario Conca!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conca takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Mokkelime misses with a double jab.
Conca throws a body kick that misses.
Mokkelime throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Mokkelime tries to clinch but Conca is having none of it.

Conca sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Mokkelime to the ground! Conca dives into full mount looking to finish!

Mokkelime is rocked!

It looks like Jokke Mokkelime has been cut.

Conca has control of Mokkelime's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Mokkelime regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Oh Mokkelime is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Conca looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Mokkelime seems to have got his legs back now.

Conca is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Mokkelime can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Conca jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Mokkelime is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Mokkelime and Conca has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mokkelime is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Mokkelime gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Mokkelime gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Mokkelime apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Conca takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Mokkelime closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Conca manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Conca feints and then cracks Mokkelime's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Mokkelime down.

Conca drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Conca jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
