Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel LaRusso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doe comes to the cage accompanied by whatsername, and does she remember my name?. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Daniel LaRusso enters the cage!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daniel LaRusso!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LaRusso thows a body shot but no joy.
LaRusso wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
LaRusso tests Doe's chin there with a solid looking shot.
LaRusso looks to land a right hand but Doe moved out of range.
LaRusso is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.


It looks like Daniel LaRusso has been cut.
LaRusso cracks a nice hook into Doe's ribs.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if LaRusso can do anything to dispel that myth.
