The crowd seem to be enjoying Hammer's choice of entrance music: Deftones - Prince. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Forest looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Hammer slips a jab and a cross from Forest.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hammer.
Hammer misses with a combination

and Forest holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Hammer breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Forest throws a right and a left that Hammer avoids nicely.
Forest lands a jab to Hammer's midsection.
Hammer tries a low kick but Forest avoids it.
Hammer closes this distance looking for a takedown but Forest circles away.
Forest avoids the head kick by Hammer.
Forest keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Hammer tries to keep at a distance but Forest has taken the fight into the clinch.
Forest lands a shoulder strike.
Forest wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hammer has him pressed against the cage.
Forest wants to get back to striking at distance but Hammer won't allow it.
Forest keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hammer's efforts to push away.

Hammer has hold of one of Forest's legs. Forest is fighting the takedown attempt but Hammer gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hammer prevents Forest from getting back to his feet.
Hammer tries to stand but Forest is controlling from the bottom.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hammer accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Forest wants to sweep but no luck.

Forest pushes Hammer off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Hammer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Forest tries to avoid it but Hammer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Forest to the ground. Forest escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Forest instigates a clinch.

Hammer breaks from the clinch.

Forest drops Hammer with a beautiful combination! Hammer stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Forest is looking for the KO!

Hammer is rocked!

It looks like Tony Hammer has been cut.
Hammer looks gassed!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Forest cracks Hammer with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
