Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mason Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Allen comes to the cage accompanied by Korn - Blind. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allen slips under a jab from Kong.
Allen misses the shot to the body.

The fighters circle momentarily. Kong darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Kong takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Allen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kong manages to avoid it.
Kyle Kong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Allen is defended easily by Kong.

Kong bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

The crowd cheers as Allen lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kong doesn't seem phased though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kong postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Allen in real trouble here! The ref calls for Allen to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
