The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Carter displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Henderson.
A looping hook to the body misses from Carter. Henderson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Henderson slips a jab from Carter.
Carter slaps away a takedown attempt from Henderson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Rocco Carter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Will Henderson.
Carter throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Henderson.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Henderson looks for a takedown but Carter sprawls well.
Carter comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Carter lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Carter throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Henderson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Carter tries to avoid it but Henderson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Carter to the ground. Carter escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Carter drops Henderson with a straight right hand, right on the button! Carter follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
