Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Drestin Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob pickerins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). pickerins is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: way of the fist. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
pickerins walks into a stiff left hand from Black.
pickerins cracks a nice hook into Black's ribs.
Black checks the leg kick nicely there.
pickerins looks for the body kick but Black saw that one coming.
Black moves out of range of the strikes.
pickerins misses with the combination.

pickerins lands a big right hand that sends Black crashing to the mat! pickerins stays standing though and waves Black back to his feet!

Black is rocked!

It looks like Drestin Black has been cut.
Black checks the leg kick nicely there.
Nice straight punches there by Black. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Black.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Black gets the takedown into side control.
pickerins is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Black tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Black controls the position.

Black sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but pickerins is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Black just content to control the position.
Black wants to control but pickerins is keeping him busy.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

A head kick by pickerins - that's a beauty! Black is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even pickerins can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
