Henderson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by aint no rest for the wicked. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rua has managed to clinch.
Rua lands an elbow that stopped Henderson in his tracks for a moment.

It looks like Kyle Henderson has been cut.
Rua lands a hook to the side of the head.
A right hook to the body lands for Rua.
Rua misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Henderson.
Rua just leaning against Henderson, taking a breather.
Henderson looking for a takedown.
Rua throws a knee to the head but misses.
Henderson takes an elbow to the forehead.
Henderson goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Rua gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Henderson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Rua gets through Henderson's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

That has opened up Kyle Henderson's cut even more.
Rua landing knees to the head.
Rua unloads a knee to the mid-section. Henderson lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Henderson looks gassed!

Rua lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Rua connects with a nasty looking knee right to Henderson's face.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Rua obliges.
Rua lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

Henderson is rocked!
Rua has Henderson pressed against the cage. He pushes Henderson back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Rua throws a beautiful elbow that sends Henderson crashing to the floor! Rua piles on the pressure with more strikes! Henderson is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
