Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dwayne Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rob Williams will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dwayne Perry!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rob Williams!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perry pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Perry throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Dwayne Perry seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Perry crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Williams - the referee stops the clock and Perry gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Williams. Perry manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Perry tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Williams paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Perry throws a hook to the side of Williams's head but Williams sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Perry throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Williams sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Perry tries to close the distance and clinch up but Williams swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Perry throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Perry throws a series of punches but Williams avoids them all with ease.
Williams displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Perry.
Perry takes one to the side of the head.


It looks like Dwayne Perry has been cut.

Perry throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Williams was covering up waiting for the punch and Perry finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Perry wants to sweep here but Williams controlling him for the moment.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
