Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kolo Bolca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert McCay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McCay comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Burning Heart kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Daniel Bishop and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McCay instigates a clinch.
Bolca has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Bolca is looking to break free of the clinch but McCay has double underhooks.

Bolca manages to break the clinch.
Bolca throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

McCay clinches with his opponent.
Bolca wants to break the clinch but can't.

Bolca escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bolca throws a series of punches but McCay avoids them all with ease.

Bolca swings away with a leg kick that misses.
McCay lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

It looks like Kolo Bolca has been cut.

A head kick lands from McCay that sends Bolca to the canvas. Bolca tries to scramble back to his feet but McCay brings him back down into side control.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Oh Bolca is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bolca seems to have got his legs back now.

Bolca is pushing McCay's head away, looking to escape. McCay manages to hold on to the position though.

McCay tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
McCay tries to move to mount but Bolca blocks the move with his legs.
McCay has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
McCay misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

McCay stands up and beckons Bolca to his feet.
Bolca is breathing heavily.
Bolca throws a solid leg kick but McCay takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Bolca.
Bolca swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and McCay counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Bolca's guard now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

McCay pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bolca is keeping the position for now.
McCay looking to sit in guard and control but Bolca gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Bolca won't allow McCay to get back to his feet.

McCay is adopting a defensive guard.

McCay pushes Bolca off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
McCay throws a right and a left that Bolca avoids nicely.
Kolo Bolca seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bolca takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

McCay takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

McCay rushes Bolca and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
McCay makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Bolca.
Bolca is trying to force a seperation but McCay has the dominant position.
A frustrated look appears on Bolca's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Bolca tries to circle away but McCay has him pinned against the cage.

Bolca escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

McCay feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Bolca could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
McCay thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Bolca to regain full guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
McCay not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
McCay scores with a sloppy right hand. Bolca should have avoided that one.

McCay's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
McCay looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Bolca misses with a combination
and McCay connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Bolca misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bolca takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Robert McCay showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Well McCay has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
