Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jean Claude Van Damme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joshua Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turner tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Van Damme paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Turner shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Van Damme is trying is best to control the position here.
Turner is taking a breather. Van Damme says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

That was a close round but I would say that Jean Claude Van Damme will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Turner uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Van Damme.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Turner looks to land a left hand but Van Damme moved out of range nicely.
Van Damme is looking to wear down Turner with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jean Claude Van Damme will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

and Turner counters with a nice double leg into side control. Van Damme won't be happy with that.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Turner seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Van Damme does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Turner throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

I would just about give that final round to Joshua Turner.
