Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duke Nukem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nukem's entrance music is Head Crusher by Megadeth. A fine choice. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Bob Johnson enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nukem throws a sloppy head kick and Johnson moves out of range easily.
Nukem attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Johnson scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

It looks like Duke Nukem has been cut.

Johnson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Johnson shoots in and bounces Nukem off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Johnson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nukem swivels though and keeps the full guard.

It looks like Bob Johnson has been cut.

A nice inside leg kick there by Nukem. That's going to slow Johnson down.
Nukem keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Duke Nukem has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bob Johnson.

Johnson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nukem's waist but Nukem gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Johnson off to one side.

Nukem pivots, looking for a leg kick but Johnson is out of range and Nukem settles back down.
Johnson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Nukem can pounce on him.

Nukem instigates a clinch.
Nukem throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Nukem throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Johnson blocks it with crossed arms.

Johnson is trying to drag Nukem to the mat but Nukem just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Nukem lands a good knee to the midsection. Johnson won't want to take too many of those.

Johnson has Nukem pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Johnson pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Nukem tumbling to the mat - Johnson dives into Nukem's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Johnson throws and elbow that misses. Nukem uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Johnson's guard. Nice move by Nukem!
Nukem wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving.

Johnson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Nukem's guard.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Johnson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Nukem sprawls well initially but Johnson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Johnson paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Nukem - great work!
