Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dustin Beaudrey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Conner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beaudrey's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Behemoth: Ov Fire And The Void. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conner connects with the punch.
Conner bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Beaudrey lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Beaudrey.

It looks like Tim Conner has been cut.
Beaudrey tries to bum rush Conner with a series of wild strikes but Conner uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Conner comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Beaudrey walks into a straight right hand from Conner.
Beaudrey attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Conner bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Conner lands a nice hook to Beaudrey's body. Beaudrey takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Conner thuds his right hand into Beaudrey's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Beaudrey misses with a takedown attempt - Conner sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Conner rushes Beaudrey and presses him up against the cage.

Conner tries to clinch but Beaudrey is having none of it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A looping hook to the body misses from Beaudrey. Conner does a little dance to reset his feet.
Oh Beaudrey is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Conner fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Beaudrey, pushing him back against the cage.
Beaudrey seems to have got his legs back now.

Beaudrey breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Beaudrey shoots in and drives through. Conner sprawls well.

Conner clobbers Beaudrey with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Conner closes the distance and pushes Beaudrey back into the cage.

Beaudrey's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Beaudrey looks to land a combination but Conner avoids it well.
Beaudrey throws a right hand that Conner ducks under and follows up with a left that Conner also avoids with ease.
Beaudrey moves forwards but Conner connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Beaudrey wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Conner has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Conner lands a hook that snaps the head of Beaudrey backwards.

Beaudrey has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Conner is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
