Kuznetsov has chosen National Anthem of Russia as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, John Kavanagh and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McFatty connects with a body shot.
Kuznetsov missing with a left hand there. McFatty was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Nice takedown defense from Kuznetsov. No joy for McFatty on that attempt.
A telegraphed right hand from Kuznetsov misses the target.
Kuznetsov stuffs the takedown attempt from McFatty. McFatty gets slowly back to his feet.

Kuznetsov takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
McFatty drops Kuznetsov with a right and a left! McFatty comes rushing in but Kuznetsov regains his composure and manages to keep McFatty in guard.

McFatty loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

McFatty throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kuznetsov works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Kuznetsov is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Kuznetsov is bucking up trying to escape but McFatty cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
McFatty throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
McFatty has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kuznetsov's face.

Kuznetsov is trying to stand up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
McFatty is landing with some decent strikes but Kuznetsov is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, McFatty cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
McFatty fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Kuznetsov square on the jaw! Damn, Kuznetsov is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
