The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nok looks to throw the jab but O Dubhghaill is out of range.
Nok throws a low kick but O Dubhghaill avoids it.
Nok keeps the fight on the outside.
O Dubhghaill tries to clinch but Nok moves out of range.
O Dubhghaill avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Nok is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by O Dubhghaill.
A clash of legs there as O Dubhghaill blocks the low kick.
Nok throws a head kick but O Dubhghaill moves out of range.

O Dubhghaill closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
O Dubhghaill looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Nok is trying to stand up here but O Dubhghaill is controlling him well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nok blocking the ground and pound attempt from O Dubhghaill.
Nok tries to roll over but O Dubhghaill keeps him under control.
Nok is holding on to half guard well.
Nok trying to control from the bottom.
O Dubhghaill is pressing down on Nok's thigh, looking to free his foot. Nok is holding on for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Nok throws a hook but O Dubhghaill blocks it.
O Dubhghaill looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Nok is fending him off so far but O Dubhghaill persists. Nope, Nok circles away and we're back to standing.
Egg Nok seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
O Dubhghaill tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nok swivels and escapes.
Nok missing with a left hand there. O Dubhghaill was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Nok throws a body kick that misses.
Nok wants to land a leg kick but O Dubhghaill is out of range.

O Dubhghaill clinches with his opponent.
O Dubhghaill is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Nok tries to break free but O Dubhghaill pushes him back against the cage.
Nok is trying to break the clinch but O Dubhghaill has him pressed against the cage.
O Dubhghaill has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Nok avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Egg Nok has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tadhg Kieron O Dubhghaill.
O Dubhghaill tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

O Dubhghaill has hold of one of Nok's legs. Nok is fighting the takedown attempt but O Dubhghaill gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

O Dubhghaill postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Nok is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of O Dubhghaill, into his guard.
Nok knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for O Dubhghaill on the ground.

Nok is sitting in close to O Dubhghaill's body. O Dubhghaill has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Nok is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Nok is tapping! That was a very nice submission by O Dubhghaill.
