The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Redflame tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Redflame misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mahammed Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Redflame gets cracked there but stands up to it.

It looks like Drake Redflame has been cut.
Gracie throws a hook but Redflame avoids it easily.
Gracie takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Gracie throws a nice looking combination but Redflame bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Gracie gets a takedown into half guard.

Gracie is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Redflame defends it well.

Gracie thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Redflame is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Gracie pulls his head out easily.

Gracie is working for an americana but Redflame has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Gracie was thinking about the submission.

Gracie thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gracie looks gassed!

Gracie drops back looking for a leg! Redflame is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Redflame manages to kick Gracie off! Gracie jumps back into Redflame's guard.
Gracie pushes down on Redflame's leg and manages to get into half guard.
