The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hawk scores with a takedown into Dre's guard.
Dre thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Dre is looking to sweep but instead, Hawk has passed into half guard.

Hawk is trying to control the action in half guard but Dre is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The fighters are battling for position here. Dre manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hawk sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Dre's guard.

Hawk has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Hawk is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Dre is surviving well by controlling Hawk's body position as best he can.
