The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
delta stuffs the takedown attempt from ali. ali gets slowly back to his feet.
ali looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
delta shoots in and bounces ali off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.
delta really is a fat lump.
delta trying to control the position from guard on top but ali is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
delta drops back, looking for a kneebar! ali looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. ali looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from ali!
delta manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

delta is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but ali pulls his head out easily.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

delta working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. ali doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but delta is tightening it up a little... ali has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! ali reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! ali taps out! nice BJJ there by delta!
