Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ricky Bobby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt St Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). St Pierre comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Blur - Song 2 kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Matt St Pierre is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Pierre moves out of range as Bobby strikes.
St Pierre shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bobby manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
St Pierre trying to control but Bobby is working from the bottom.
St Pierre loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
St Pierre pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bobby is keeping the position for now.
St Pierre throwing strikes but missing.
St Pierre trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Bobby wants to get back to his feet but St Pierre is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
St Pierre has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
St Pierre fails to land the takedown.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bobby is looking to stand up but St Pierre isn't so interested in that idea.
St Pierre throws a big right hand that misses.
St Pierre prevents Bobby from getting back to his feet.
Bobby pushes St Pierre off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Bobby slaps away a takedown attempt from St Pierre, before circling back to the center of the mat.
St Pierre slips a straight right by Bobby.
Bobby stuffs the takedown attempt from St Pierre. St Pierre gets slowly back to his feet.
Ricky Bobby has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt St Pierre.
Bobby leaves St Pierre with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
St Pierre shoots for a double leg takedown but Bobby sprawls well. He's pushed St Pierre's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bobby stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bobby wants it to stay on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bobby lands a nice looking body shot.
St Pierre looks gassed!
Bobby lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Bobby lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
St Pierre is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bobby cracks St Pierre with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends St Pierre tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Bobby pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! St Pierre is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ricky Bobby!
