Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between r r (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sascha Kroener (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kroener comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Eisblume - Eisblumen kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
r shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kroener pinned against the cage. Kroener gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
r fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
r shoots in for a takedown but Kroener shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for r r. That's going to take a lot out of him.
r shoots in looking for a takedown. Kroener tries to sprawl out of it but r keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Kroener manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Kroener might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control r kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Kroener is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. r knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften r for a finish.

Kroener is cranking r's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for r! He's tightened the choke and r is tapping out!
