Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Titus Fletcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Downes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Fletcher might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Roots - Don´t Say Nuthin´. Matt Downes has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Downes looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Downes fails with a takedown attempt.
Fletcher dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Downes takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Downes closes this distance looking for a takedown but Fletcher circles away.
Fletcher displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Downes.
Titus Fletcher has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Downes.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Downes is defended easily by Fletcher.
Fletcher comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Fletcher lands a nice hook to Downes's body. Downes takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Fletcher fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Downes looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Downes is still on wobbly legs! Can Fletcher finish him?
Fletcher lands a nice hook to Downes's body. Downes takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Downes seems to have recovered his senses.
Fletcher fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Fletcher lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Fletcher throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Downes stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Fletcher lands an overhand right.
Fletcher fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Downes looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Fletcher lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Downes can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Fletcher and Downes drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Fletcher.
