PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Miguel Diccico (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diccico has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogers lands an overhand right.

Miguel Diccico's cut is getting worse.

Diccico is breathing heavily.
Rogers waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract Diccico. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Diccico to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Diccico is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rogers sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Oh Diccico is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Diccico seems to have got his legs back now.
Rogers slips nicely into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Diccico is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Rogers pulls his head out easily.

Rogers postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Diccico looks a forlorn figure.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Rogers cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Diccico tries to hold on but Rogers pushes him away.

Despite being in the dominant position, Marcus Rogers just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Rogers lands a glancing blow to the side of Diccico's head.

Rogers throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Diccico stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Rogers follows into mount!

Miguel Diccico's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Diccico is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Rogers misses with a two punch combination.
Diccico shoots for a double leg takedown but Rogers sprawls well. He's pushed Diccico's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Rogers lands with a right that hurts Diccico. Diccico looks to clinch but Rogers throws a short knee that drops Diccico. This one is all over!
