Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shinya Hayato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Afra Sr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shinya Hayato has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Shinya Hayato!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Afra Sr!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yuuki Gou and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hayato gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Sr looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Sr tries for a takedown. No joy.
Sr is pressed up against the cage. Hayato has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Sr down to the mat. Sr avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Sr shoots in looking for a takedown. Hayato tries to sprawl out of it but Sr keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hayato manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sr tries to clinch but Hayato moves away
and Hayato counters with a single leg into guard. Sr didn't expect that.
Hayato thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Sr is looking to stand back up but Hayato counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Sr.
Sr tries to roll over but Hayato keeps him under control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hayato decides to stand up.
Hayato wants to clinch.
Hayato fails with the takedown
and Sr counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Sr looks to land a strike but Hayato avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hayato throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Hayato has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Sr off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Hayato wants to clinch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hayato is defended easily by Sr.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shinya Hayato. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Sr drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Sr tries to free his leg and advance position but Hayato is retaining full guard.
Sr throwing strikes from guard but Hayato blocks nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Sr with a flurry of punches that miss.
Sr postures up in Hayato's guard and throws a big left but Hayato blocks it.
Hayato can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Sr controls the pace.
Hayato keeping moving, preventing Sr from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sr gets to his feet. Hayato looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Shinya Hayato will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Hayato bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Sr is looking to get back to his feet here but Hayato is keeping cool and he's managed to take Sr's back.
Hayato is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Sr is tapping out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Shinya Hayato!
