The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Agalactaciae throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Cooke fails to land the takedown.
Agalactaciae looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cooke is fending him off so far but Agalactaciae persists. Nope, Cooke circles away and we're back to standing.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Cooke checks a leg kick.
Agalactaciae buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Cooke is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
It looks like John Cooke has been cut.
Agalactaciae connects with a looping right hand.
Cooke avoids a punch combination nicely.

and Agalactaciae counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Cooke swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Cooke wants to hold on but Agalactaciae pushes him away.

Agalactaciae is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Agalactaciae thumps Cooke with a low kick.
Cooke should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Agalactaciae misses with the combination.
Agalactaciae scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Agalactaciae connects with a solid leg kick.
Agalactaciae stalks Cooke and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Cooke's face. Cooke staggers backwards, shaken.
That has opened up John Cooke's cut even more.

Agalactaciae misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Cooke misses with a takedown attempt
and Agalactaciae counters with a head kick that drops Cooke to the mat! Cooke scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Agalactaciae is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Agalactaciae tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Agalactaciae lands with a right that hurts Cooke. Cooke looks to clinch but Agalactaciae throws a short knee that drops Cooke. This one is all over!
