Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gora Sammo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Almighty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almighty throws a looping overhand right but Sammo ducks down to avoid it.

Sammo chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Almighty can pounce on him.

Almighty throws a jab when Sammo was well out of range.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Sammo here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Almighty really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sammo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Sammo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
