The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez tries to clinch up.
Broz wants to clinch up but Sanchez keeps it at a distance.
Broz keeps the fight on the outside.
Sanchez misses with a series of wild punches.
Sanchez wants to clinch but Broz slips to the side

and Broz counters with a nice double leg into side control. Sanchez won't be happy with that.

Broz looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Sanchez is trying to get back to half guard.
Broz is looking to take a break and control but Sanchez is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Broz tries to advance to mount but Sanchez instead regains half guard.

Sanchez won't allow Broz to pass to mount.
Broz is trying to control the action in half guard but Sanchez is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Sanchez is trying to stand up here but Broz is controlling him well.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Sanchez circles away from the clinch attempt.
Broz slips under a jab from Sanchez.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Broz looking to throw knees to the head but Sanchez is blocking nicely.

Broz breaks the clinch.
Sanchez pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Nice takedown defense from Sanchez. No joy for Broz on that attempt.
Sanchez swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Broz counters by clinching up.
Sanchez is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Broz is keeping busy.
Broz tries to pull guard but Sanchez won't allow it.
Sanchez doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Broz breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
An inside leg kick lands from Broz.
Broz has a takedown stuffed.
Juan Sanchez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robert Broz.
Sanchez tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Broz makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Broz throws a left and a right that both miss
and Sanchez counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Broz has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
