The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frampton looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

and Frampton counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Frampton.
vstanka tries to score a body lock takedown but Frampton shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
vstanka tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Frampton smiles and moves away.
Wiener Frampton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of vanka vstanka.
vstanka closes the distance but Frampton moves to the side

and Frampton counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Frampton wants to get up but he can't break vstanka's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
vstanka is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
