The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hutton shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gambler sprawls well. Gambler wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hutton gets slowly back to his feet.
Hutton forces Gambler back against the cage and clinches.
Hutton's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Gambler takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Gambler misses with a series of wild punches.
Hutton throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Gambler's head.
Gambler throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hutton feints and as Gambler raises his hands in defense, Hutton changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Hutton stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gambler swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Hutton is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Gambler takes a swing at Hutton's ribcage but misses.
Gambler fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hutton on the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hutton shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hutton showed some decent athleticism there.

Gambler is staying active underneath Hutton, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Gambler tries to bum rush Hutton with a series of wild strikes but Hutton uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Gambler stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Hutton throws a left that rocks Gambler and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Hutton dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Gambler regain composure!
Gambler is rocked!
Hutton in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Gambler looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Hutton turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
