Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ray Marsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anderson Silva told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ray Marsh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anderson Silva!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marsh stuffs the takedown attempt from Silva. Silva gets slowly back to his feet.
Silva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Marsh tries to avoid it but Silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Marsh to the ground. Marsh escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Silva drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Marsh manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Silva has Marsh in his guard.

Marsh shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Silva but Silva pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Silva got a little sloppy there for a moment and Marsh has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Silva has managed to get both his arms back between Marsh's legs - danger averted.
