Firefly comes to the cage accompanied by Bleed it out. Stevenson has chosen Higher Ground - Red Hot Chili Peppers as his entrance music. Joseph Stevenson is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Robert Douchet and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Firefly stuffs the takedown.
Firefly moves in looking to clinch but Stevenson pushes him off.
Firefly swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A big left from Firefly misses.
Stevenson wants to clinch but Firefly slips to the side
and Firefly counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Stevenson is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Stevenson misses with a knee strike.
Stevenson effectively controlling the action here.
Firefly jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Stevenson walks away with a smile on his face. Firefly gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Stevenson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Firefly swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Firefly wants to clinch up but Stevenson keeps it at a distance.
Stevenson shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Firefly tries to kick Stevenson off but Stevenson keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Stevenson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Stevenson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Firefly defends it well.
