Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Falcao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Selva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Falcao stuffs the takedown attempt from Selva. Selva gets slowly back to his feet.
Selva wants to clinch up but Falcao keeps it at a distance.
Selva gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Selva wants to stand but Falcao is controlling the position.
Falcao trying to control the position from guard on top but Selva is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Falcao with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Selva trying to keep a closed guard but Falcao is proving a slippery customer.

Selva wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Falcao manages to pass to side control.
Selva tries to roll over but Falcao keeps him under control.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Falcao seems to be looking for submissions.
Selva trying to hold on to Falcao's head to control him but Falcao postures up.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Falcao connects with a nice short shot to Selva's temple.
Selva wants to get back to his feet.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Falcao is nestled in close to Selva, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Falcao wants to lay and pray for a moment but Selva keeps working.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Falcao looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Selva with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Selva is looking to control Falcao's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Selva avoid being mounted?
Falcao is looking to take a break and control but Selva is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Falcao is taking a breather. Selva says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Selva looks like he's trying to stand up.

and Falcao counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Selva's guard now.

Falcao tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Falcao lands a big elbow.
Selva is wriggling around trying to escape.
Falcao fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The cut above Matt Selva's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Matt Selva's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
