Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Xilous Damarious (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Lucchino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steve Lucchino looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Damarious.

Horrible takedown by Damarious or perhaps it was just good defense by Lucchino which made him look bad.

Damarious looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Damarious seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lucchino does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Damarious is really struggling to control Lucchino but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Lucchino really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Damarious. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Xilous Damarious just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Lucchino takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Lucchino crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Damarious - the referee stops the clock and Lucchino gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Damarious. Lucchino manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Damarious closes the distance and clinches up with Lucchino, looking for a takedown. Damarious pushes Lucchino against the cage but Lucchino circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Lucchino lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Damarious backs up against the cage.

Lucchino gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Damarious to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Damarious shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Damarious was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Damarious, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
