Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between JJ Big (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luan Sousa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sousa has chosen Voodoo Child as his entrance music. Luan Sousa is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Felipe Paraventi and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Big.
Sousa swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Big feints and as Sousa raises his hands in defense, Big changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Big prevents Sousa from getting back to his feet.
Big drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Big jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Big won't allow Sousa to get back to his feet.
Big drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Sousa manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Big has Sousa in his guard.
Big is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Sousa is aware though and is defending well.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Sousa tries to stand but Big is controlling from the bottom.
Big working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sousa doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sousa manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Big is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sousa defends well.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Oh but Big is tightening it up a little... Sousa has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Sousa reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Sousa taps out! nice BJJ there by Big!
