Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Joey DeMaio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Dmitry Maklakov and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgoslepov throws a sloppy head kick and DeMaio moves out of range easily.
Morgoslepov leaves DeMaio with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Morgoslepov pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Morgoslepov misses with a wild combination.
DeMaio shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Morgoslepov as he avoids it easily.
Morgoslepov works the jab nicely.
DeMaio shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Morgoslepov manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
DeMaio postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Morgoslepov is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of DeMaio, into his guard.
Morgoslepov tries to stand but DeMaio is controlling from the bottom.
DeMaio keeping moving, preventing Morgoslepov from controlling successfully.
DeMaio pulls Morgoslepov in close to prevent any damage.

DeMaio has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Morgoslepov trying to control the position from guard on top but DeMaio is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Morgoslepov wants to get up but he can't break DeMaio's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
DeMaio managing to control the position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Morgoslepov accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Morgoslepov postures up in DeMaio's guard and throws a big left but DeMaio blocks it.
DeMaio controls Morgoslepov momentarily but Morgoslepov frees himself.
Morgoslepov wants to control from the top but DeMaio keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Horrible takedown by DeMaio or perhaps it was just good defense by Morgoslepov which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joey DeMaio. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Morgoslepov fails to land with a series of punches.
Morgoslepov throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by DeMaio.
Morgoslepov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
DeMaio looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
DeMaio seems to be looking for submissions.
DeMaio is breathing heavily.
DeMaio is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Morgoslepov has managed to free his arm - good work.
Morgoslepov keeps control of the position for the meantime.

DeMaio is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Morgoslepov defends it well.
Morgoslepov is looking to control DeMaio's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Morgoslepov avoid being mounted?

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
DeMaio is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Morgoslepov defends it well.
Morgoslepov makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
DeMaio shoots in looking for a takedown. Morgoslepov tries to sprawl out of it but DeMaio keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Morgoslepov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A head kick lands from Morgoslepov that sends DeMaio to the canvas. DeMaio tries to scramble back to his feet but Morgoslepov brings him back down into side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Evgeny Morgoslepov dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Morgoslepov lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but DeMaio circles away quickly and effectively.
DeMaio throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Morgoslepov's waist but Morgoslepov gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing DeMaio off to one side.
Morgoslepov cracks DeMaio on the jaw with a powerful right hand and DeMaio falls backwards against the cage. Morgoslepov follows up with more strikes that drop DeMaio to his knees. Morgoslepov keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save DeMaio! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Evgeny Morgoslepov!
