Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terry Sprockit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Af (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Af has chosen Money as his entrance music. Terry Sprockit had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mr Af!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Daniel Bishop and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Af looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sprockit is fending him off so far but Af persists. Nope, Sprockit circles away and we're back to standing.
Sprockit lands with a kick to the temple. Af shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Sprockit really is a fat lump.
Af tries to clinch but Sprockit moves out of range.
Mr Af seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Af shoots in but Sprockit avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Af shoots for a double leg takedown but Sprockit sprawls well. He's pushed Af's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Af tries to close the distance and clinch but Sprockit swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Sprockit is refusing to be controlled, as Af sits in half guard.

Sprockit is staying active underneath Af, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Horrible takedown by Af or perhaps it was just good defense by Sprockit which made him look bad.

Sprockit lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Af circles away quickly and effectively.
Af shoots for a double leg takedown but Sprockit sprawls well. He's pushed Af's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Af gets a takedown into half guard.

Af is looking for a kimura but Sprockit is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Af to get the leverage.
Sprockit is trying to stand back up but Af is controlling him

Af seems to be looking for submissions.

Af missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Af is trying to control the action in half guard but Sprockit is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Af thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Sprockit's head.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Sprockit, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
