The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Portokalov circles away quickly and effectively.
Portokalov scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Portokalov uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Silva.
Portokalov dips to his left and cracks Silva with an uppercut!
Portokalov clobbers Silva with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Silva fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Portokalov lands a jab-cross combination.
Portokalov connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Silva! He's out on his feet! Portokalov rushes in and drops Silva with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
