The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson closes the distance and clinches up with Shittu, looking for a takedown. Jackson pushes Shittu against the cage but Shittu circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Shittu decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Shittu has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Jackson is proving hard to escape from.
