Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vedin Sirovica (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Luther (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sirovica comes to the cage accompanied by last mohacian. Luther is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Superheroes by Edguy. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sirovica looks to score with a jab to the body but Luther is just out of range.
Sirovica avoids a kick to the body.
Luther throws a head kick that misses.
Nice takedown defense from Luther. No joy for Sirovica on that attempt.
Luther throws a jab when Sirovica was well out of range.
Luther throws a jab but it's blocked by Sirovica.
Luther misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sirovica uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Luther.

Sirovica thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Sirovica is in close to Luther's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Luther has control of Sirovica's left arm, preventing Sirovica from doing any damage.
Sirovica wants to pass the guard but Luther is keeping the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sirovica seems to be working for a kimura but Luther defends the submission attempt.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Sirovica shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Luther but Luther pushes him off and we're back to square one.

and Sirovica counters with a shoot takedown. Luther fights it but they end up in guard.

Sirovica throws a strike but Luther rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Luther stands up and waves to Sirovica to follow him.
Luther throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Luther throws a combination that misses

and Sirovica counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Luther's guard now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sirovica accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Sirovica has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Luther's face.

Luther is rocked!
Sirovica postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Luther badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Sirovica around the waist but Sirovica pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Sirovica is the winner by TKO! Sirovica jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
